It's easy to miss one of the most remarkable aspects of this video. Lord Alford Hays was tough enough to sell that slap. He reacts to Piper's 5:53.2 "warning tap" with Bruce Lee speed. At 5:54 he is already realing with Shakesperian level acting training. I hope he is happy or at peace.

I wonder if the Lord Alfred slap was planned or just Piper losing his cool. Anyone know? One thing with Piper, he was a hard nut to crack, very hard to read him and tell if he´s staging or it´s all improvised.

I remember this like this was yesterday too...still the most shocking thing I've seen in wrestling to this day...that canned stuff you see from the WWE today will never produce anything close to it again!!
