I'm not the most familiar with jazz or the works of mr frisell for i am infact mainly a fan of alternative music but i must say i was nicely surprised to find bills work remaniscent of alot of alternative music and post rock... its nice to hear another aspect of those sounds especially from someone so well versed... :) good vid

his melodies here are angular and minimal.. but continually morphing along the way with deft twang jazz.. don't underestimate the guy and you'll open yourself up to his truly intriguing world of music
