If you don't see the video in full screen, then click on this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v... - a Danish pop duo from the 80's had big success in Denmark with their Italian pop songs.Later on in their career they started to record in English and also became popular in many other countries.Laban consisted by two singers - a male singer Ivan Pedersen and a female singer Lecia Jönsson.Today Lecia is a successful jazz singer in Denmark and has totally dropped pop music. Here's "Kold som is" (Cold As Ice) performed in a Danish TV show. The song was also recorded in English and became to "Love In Siberia", which you also can find here by clicking the icon below the screen. As Ice'Like a windWhich is going right through youThat's the way you are goingAnd as hard as a rock is the lookYou send this way -- towards me. It's too lateAnd your time has goneThe table is clean (this phrase means, that everything has been tried)When you have understood, that there's only one personYou can thank for this luck -- and it's youself. The door is closed -- you are cold as iceI have made a proposal thousand of timesNone of them seems to lead to anything. You have closed the door -- you are cold as iceBut I just want you no matter whatPlease come back -- what do I do if you have left me? Please stop nowI don't want to goNot hereNot right now, but maybeIf you give time and we shall see -- who knows then? It's too easyTo split upYou're rightAnd I gave too little -- try againWill you do this for me -- oh no The door is closed -- you are cold as iceI have made a proposal thousand of timesNone of them seems to lead to anything. You have closed the door -- you are cold as iceBut I just want you no matter whatPlease come back -- what do I do if you have left me? NOTE: Lyrics can't be translated directly from one language to another. The words will easily be silly sounding, but the words are actually great in Danish. Some phrases I have changed a little bit, because a few lines just couldn't be translated directly from Danish into English -- but the meaning is there.

This song is so much better in the original Danish. The sound of the words cling much more to the melody.
