i have spent so long trying to motivate myself to find an excercise i actually enjoy and i can keep up, and i this is the first i have found so far! definitely going to keep it up and see if i can get toned.

I think yoga is the perfect 'workout' for stoners, hahah...It's hard as friggin crap, but i love it! =]]

That's a convoluted version of surya namaskar. Not real yoga to me.

I've Been doing this Most days for 3 weeks and someone said to me a few days ago that I've lost weight in the apst few weeks... I love this routine . Its especially good on a rainy day when you can't do anything else active :D

hey everyone. I've tried this workout for one week. I have not checked my weight yet but i want to do it for two weeks first.However, your legs get really nicely toned, and smaller, as well, my upper body is alot stronger, ive already noticed.Ill let you knoow my weight change in 7 days.You should all try it. Its very challenging and strengthening.
