It called "Ave Maria Paien" from Notre Dame de Paris, a musical by Cocciante/Plamondon. The original French version is better. In English, it lost much of the translation.

this is viennese waltz danced on the music of a slow english waltz.a viennese waltz is fast and danced around the whole floor, typical about it is that the couple circles round themselves across the whole floor, while english waltz is much slower and has more moments of creating a pose.Musicaly speaking are those 2 dances almost the same, both captured in 3 beats, but viennese waltz has faster bmp then english waltz. So it is possible to dance a viennese waltz on slow english waltz music.
