As a mother of 2, i never did drugs, smoked, dropped my kids on their heads etc. But they had a penchant for python (to my elation) and of course spam was right up there with nudge nudge. My 30 yr old is still known to use "she smells a bit but has a heart of gold" so i feel their education is complete, not counting grad school and USMC.

In addition, the sketch is a skit on the fact that spam was pushed in a massive propaganda campaign to glorify this cheap, shitty meat.
