I figured how it happened, the person was standing near a wall when he was shot, and the position of the gun, shot him into the wall, and his head had nowhere to go, causing the game engnie to have a spazzum... or somemthing along those lines.......... yeah yeah i said spazzum, very funny, only people with minds will know what i mean.
