Side by side comparison of both the Nissan GTR and the Corvette ZR1 at the Nürburgring (Nordschleife). These two videos were released by GM and Nissan as evidence of lap records, both starting a timer at different points on the track. To compare the laps, Garage419 has used a visual landmark to sync both videos; the pit-exit sign. We invite both drivers of the two cars to come to our garage to discuss their individual laps. - Garage419

correct you can get a suspension pack and put on the z06 and it will handle just as well as the gtr. because they have been selling for almost 100 grand so that woul dmake it about even. corvettes and mustangs are meant to be built up taht is why people buy them because they never remain stack put an sts twin turbo system on one and watch the time fly bye

if you know the japan's culture all of their top of the line sports cars are 4 seaters, i refuse to post with you guys because none of you know anything about cars call me when you can build from the ground up until then all of you should not post anything about cars on this site about the gtr or zr-1, eventhough this is the first one that can even compete with a corvette read your history.

yes it makes more than 500 horsepower, driveline loss every mechanic knows that and i am a certified mechanic being dealing with building cars for a while say take about 10 to 20% horsepower loss and you are at the claimed 480 to the wheels not from the crank. you might need to read a little more.

well the veyrohn is the fastest all wheel car and the nothing is ever going to beat unless check this out if ford pulls the boss out of the garage which does 0-60 in 1.9 secs excuse the spelling

The clocks don't match up with the positions on the track. Watch for the signs at about 4:19-25. Use a stop watch yourself and you will see the ZR1 is ahead in position, but the Skyline's clock shows a better number.

Do you even own a car do you even have enough money to buy a GTR or a Corvette. come on you little bitch say something, say a fucking thing. Your facts are as real as the that GTR that you have parked in your driveway LOL Fucking Looser.

You know whats funny you fucking tool. You are the same person who talked shit about the ZR1 being in a trim of nearly 1000BHP and raping the GTR's time at the ring.I was the one who publicly owned your ass because the magazine that you mentioned just came short of calling the ZR1 completely Amazing. I Publicly own You Bitch. You don't even have the balls to do it so YOU ARE THE ONE PUBLICLY HUMILIATED.

I have a BNR34....mate its a great car, i like corvettes too, no it doesnt do all the driving for you, trust me when i say you still have to do alot to keep it on the road at 500AwKw. The computer means jack shit with that power. Then again i have a Holden VS clubsport with a GM LS1 v8 with a twin turbo set up and that makes 480RwKw...fun car too...you clearly dont own a track car to be able to comment on this sort of stuff, All cars are great for different reasons, thats why they are produced.
