Everyone makes mistakes in life. This is the toughest part in life when you realize your not living in fantasy but your living in realization and time counts. I shed a tear sometimes knowing that day, months, years fly by without me ever taking the time to cherish the great moments I had with some of my greatest childhood friends who I have not seen in a long time.Rip Snyder. Heatley is a good man.

How dare you! It wasn't Heatley's fault! Do you think he did it on purpose? He wasn't drunk, I admit he was going a little fast for the conditions, but it was the car that spun out and killed Dan! Dany asked for forgivness from the family and got it. Now Dany Heatley is peospering and I know Dan is happy for him in Heaven.

hate the thrashers hate hate heatley but i love snyder and i always did i saw him at a flyers game and i told my dad he was going to be a star one day not through talent but through perserverence and his gritty play heatley doesnt deserve to play he should be in jail right now i dont care if they were best friends hes responsible for snyders death either way you look at it

slapshotz20-you're an idiot for calling Dany Heatley a murderer. It wasn't his fault, and he has been forgiven by Dan's family thousands of times. How would you feel if you got your friend killed in an accident and were called murderer? get a life and get your facts straight.
