Yes, but settling things reasonably has never been a very metal thing to do... Offending people is a metal thing to do. Dying when the hordes of people you offended attack you is metal thing to do...Unearth are big boys now, they can defend themselvs. They don't care about the odd person who feels the need to smite bands right in front of all their fans... The internet makes such things easy and there's no consequences.
