Months after they graduated from college, the relationship within the barkada start to change. With new priorities in their personal lives and and unresolved issues with each other from the past, they are led to take separate paths.Problems troubling the barkada start to appear one after another - Gina (G Toengi) and Gary (Diether Ocampo) discover that she may not get pregnant due to hormonal problems. Joey (Marvin Agustin) feels neglected by Ese (Jolina Magdangal)because of her family obligations, leading him to date cyberchicks from the Internet. Brian (Bojo Molina)continues to be pressured by his mother to do better in medical school. Melanie (Mylene Dizon) suffers from severe depression when her very first patient dies. And Ricky (Rico Yan) fail in his business due to a falling out with his business partner.
