I find that each has a specific purpose- try writing a text while listening to alpha, probably feel more creative and open. Theta helps me concentrate- delta gives me fast sleep. Curiously enough it can also lead to sleep paralysis and night terrors however. i get paralysis sometimes and vivid dreams (sort of lucid) scary but worth it.

mollisk- just combined all the comments in one box. but um..i was asking you what the sleep CDs were called.---i usually listen to these while surfing the internet and doing other stuff. so i was wondering if i should just relax and close my eyes and listen or will it have to same effect if im doing other things at the same time.---to whoever said revising, what do you mean?

Haha, are you sure you replied to the right person? :) I'm not the one who said the word "revising" in my comment. Well, nonetheless, revising is altering something. I'm not sure what Serg2k9 means by saying that...The correct way to listen to these? It's easy. Just simply listen to them. It's sort of like meditation. Let your mind drift off to another place, but don't force it. Most people feel sleepy after listening to these, because it relaxes you.:)
