well, I'd say you might be holding it wrong, it really shouldn't hurt, and don't put the center of the ball that rotates, facing your palm, put it away if that's what you meant by it hititng the spinning part. and try to keep it in your finger tips if it's hurting the palm of your hand, that's the best I can tell ya.

has ny1 else found tht parts of thier hand hurt after using this. not ache actually hurt and it hurts to press cirtain parts of my hand. nybody know y this is? might i b holding it wrong? i find tht my fingertips keep touching the gyro as well which is annoyin cuz it slows it down.

gyro ball works out your forearm, wrist and fingers. Helps prevent common injuries, it's good if you're just bored or stuck at a computer all day and your hand aches, or for better grip for sports, swinging a bat, golf club, rock climbing, that sort of stuff. There are many different types for each sport though. |
