At one of those author interviews that take place at schools. I was there when he visited Houston, at Elsik High School. He also answered questions, and among those was one about sequels. He said that he was relectant to write a sequel since they're usually bad, so he'll only write one if he can make it better than the first book. Kyra would be the protagonist instead of Fanboy.
