All newbies except for Jacquie.Aran Ahmun on drums, Alan Thompson (no relation) on Bass, Spencer Cozins on Keys. All from John Martyns band. Not sure who our mate on wind is though.

Between the nine and ten minute mark I believe I saw the "spin some yarn", the "wack a mole" and "shoveling snow" dance moves. All newbies but Jacquie and the drummer, right?

Pentangle ain't Pentangle without at least, Bert Jansch and John Renbourne on guitars. This group of jazz musos do not come close. It is sad to hear this.

Cruel Sister, from the album of the same name, but this is definitely NOT Pentangle.!

They always flirted with jazz-trad fusion. I'm actually rather impressed with this arrangement

I always wondered why Jacqui sat on that stool, and now at least i know why - I think that was just about every embarrassing wedding reception dance move in one song . "grave digging " and the "invisible eliptical cross trainer" to name but two!! Actually its good to see her up and into the music. She seemed a bit left out on that bar stool. She has a great voice and the second song is wonderful - anyone know if its on an album?

This version does not come close to the original.. And she really must get back to keeping her hands on her lap..lol.. They are out of control..lol

That's a trad tune "Cruel Sister" on a Pentangle LP of the same name.
