Now that I think about it, machines are definitely good for developing definition especially in isolation exercises.

frank zane was noted around the gym for training alot on machines for the definition that free couldnt give and the results are what you see here.

i think ppl like Frank Zane would change the perspective of body building. He looks like he is in great shape, he also has a physique that looks muscular and symmetrical and actually looks attainable. People see cutler and Coleman and think steroids, no wat I would wanna look like that, and truth is most ppl couldnt if they wanted.

i mean dorian yates was mr olympia and twice as big as zane and looked like he could compete in worlds strongest man and yet in my opinion zane had a superior physique and i know even then there were steroids but most of the top bodybuilders dont even look good today with a few exceptions |
