yup harring they are not special forces (SOCOM) is just an airsoft team based in the province of cavite, Philippines. The group just adopted the name SOCOM because most of the group are members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines which majority come from the marines. But likewise we still have members from other branch like airforce and army.

Sir try asking the US marines who participated in the balikatan exercise and ask them how filipino soldiers perform even though they lack the best equipment. If you could only be there during their training with high school cadets and see the kind of rope and equipment they are using, probably you'll say they are nuts. But hey what can they do, we use what ever we got! Peace!
