That's the good part about watching him: Mickelson's game is highly unpredictable. A month ago at Firestone, he looked like he would win, but made 3 bogeys at the end. At the PGA Championship, he made three straight birdies in the final round, but then started making bogeys after that. Last week, he made a double-bogey on a 290-Yard Par 4, and this week, he's the defending champion of this event, and he almost missed the cut. More unpredictability will happen through the remainder of the year.

Being a golfer myself, I feel for Phil. To watch this, is painful...however, Phil is a "go-for-it" kinda guy and that's what I love about him - when I golf, I do just like him - I like to go for those "no guts no glory" kinda shots. Phil is what makes golfing so exciting to watch. Sometimes you make 'em and ...sometimes, things like this happen... you just never know in golf... You go Lefty!! I'll be watching ya from Emerald Canyon GC in Arizona!!
