I appreciate your comments, and you don't realize how right you are. If any of these liberal loons went over there it would change their perception real quick. They would realize that the Iraqi's aren't the sweet innocent arabs that everyone thought they were.

..post-traumatic stress disorder, found that 71 percent of the women said they were sexually assaulted or raped while in the military. And in a third study, conducted in 1992-93 with female veterans of the Gulf War and earlier wars, 90 percent said they had been sexually harassed in the military, which means anything from being pressured for sex to being relentlessly teased and stared at"And today the numbers are even higher. Sr25lover,aint that some shit? There's always two sides to the coin

"Rape, sexual assault and harassment are nothing new to the military. They were a serious problem for the Women's Army Corps in Vietnam, and the rapes and sexual hounding of Navy women at Tailhook in 1991 and of Army women at Aberdeen in 1996 became national news. A 2003 survey of female veterans from Vietnam through the first Gulf War found that 30 percent said they were raped in the military. A 2004 study of veterans from Vietnam and all the wars since, who were seeking help for...

I just saw this at the Melbourne Film Festival. It is a brave and powerful film from one of the best directors working in film today. Brian De Palma might be in his 60s but he has lost none of his innovation and spirit of protest. A great and important film.

Sometimes I wish disrespecting our troops would be a capital crime. Your soldiers die for you, and yet you disrespect them so horribly like this by slandering and committing libel against them. You, asshole, deserve to die and go to hell. And burn. Forever.

The problem is THEY DON'T DO THAT. Never disrespect your fighters, for they will have died in vain for your right to say absolute crap like this. Don't you get it? There has been almost 0 reports of rape by the members of our armed forces while on deployments overseas. They die every day to give you your freedom. You would not be talking crap like this if they were not around, fighting for YOUR FREEDOM.

I dont know sr25lover, it doesn´t have to be black or white. I mean, these things happen in every army, not only in the US´s. The thing is that it´s easier to sell a movie about US army negligence than a movie about some Bosnian soldiers raping a Kosovar girl. I liked the movie and I´m not a traitor (I´m from Spain! haha!)

I suggest you watch the movie first before posting any further.
