Actually, I think that she thought she had to pick a shell and look under it and that would cost her her one chip. Some people are stupid like that and don't understand the games. She looked very surprised when he told her no and she tried to be honest and keep the chip there but he told her not to. So actually, I think this poor lady just got confused and this shouldn't be considered cheating if its a mistake.
