Yeah storch is dre's protege but hes never sampled. A lot of eminems tracks were sampled, next episode was sampled. Yeah dre is a beast and I'd say hes the best producer right now in the hip hop game, but the best SINGLE MAN PRODUCER(which is what ive been fuckin talking about the whole time) would have to be Scott Storch because he never has sampled a track, and his piano skills are nuts. let me think of some hits by dre that have no piano: The Next Episode, Fuck You, Been There, Done That, Keep they Heads ringin, All of NWA's hits, all the singles off "The Chronic"... not to mention hits like Gin and Juice, Lay Low, Just Dippin', Break Ya Neck, Blow Ya Mind, Real Slim Shady, In Da Club, My Name is..., guilty conscience, how we do, outta control remix, and many more.Also Dre knows his keys- you can see it if you watch the up in smoke tour dvd, he is fooling around on the piano.
