Ummmmmm.....Saint Saiya. The theme song and opening is a straight parody of the Saint Saiya opening with the exception of the transformers characters replacing the saint saiya characters.

The "cosplay" is actually that the opening and theme is from the Saint Saiya anime except that the saint saiya cast are replaced with transformers character.
