They have hardly any sugar in their diet. They eat mostly completely natural foods which do not have the preservatives, added fat and sugar in them. That's why their smiles are always so beautiful.

In many Muslim countries, of which there are many in Africa, it is common to use the branch of the "toothbrush tree" called a Miswak, to clean the teeth. It has many natural substances which genuinely help to whiten and clean the teeth - that's why many Africans, Muslims, etc, always have gleaming white teeth. I'm not muslim, but I often use one. It works really well - look it up.

their skin is black to so their teeth looks whiter cuz of the contrast with the black skin. But yes they always seem to have good teeth but i think its becuse they dont eat as much sweet as we do.
