I have 2 dns 1000 too, I'd have try all combinations you can imagine and nothing... the unique think thats happen is the bpm number change,not much usefull, but you can see the real bpm, with this you can take more precision on bpm number, sometimes the equip cannot read bmp correctly. WE NEED TRUST ON OWN HABILITIES AND NOT ONLY ON TURNTABLES OR MIXERS. =)

i use this one with a vinyl turntable, so cool cdj, but i dont use the tap button, dont help me...

Why do you want to read the BPM properly? I use the DN-S1000 without reading it because you have to mix by hearing the beat, not by reading the BPM from the player...

i have 2 of them cd decks and trust me them tap buttons do nothing i dont see what there are really for matching beats is all done by ear no tap helps you for a perfect balance neither does the 1s on a poineer cd deck its all bulloks

this is why i dont like denon, it creates to much work for you. i have these turntables and i spend most of my time tapping the beat then i do mixing, im just going to buy pioneers where it can read the beat properly

call me old fashioned...but I think that the old way of doing it by ear is alot more reliable ^_^
