Glen Buxton died in his sleep in his home in Iowa. I love how every rocker's death has to be something monumental and tragic. Joe Strummer died of a heart attack, nothing more and nothing less, no coke and whores, no sweet lady H and under aged Filipino houseboys, a heart attack. God bless them all.

Put the band in the r&r hall of fame already! Look at some of the lame-ass posers that are already in! These guys paid their dues and inspired many - including me, to grow up and wave our freak flags high, Neal Smith and his monsoon drumkit - FEED MY FRANKENSTIEN! I love you Alice..........

I went to see Alice in Glasgow Apollo theater in 1972 during the killer tour, I only went because there was a spare ticket but it still stands as one of the best shows i have ever seen.I have seen Purple ,Yes, Free,Sabbath,and Zep but only the mighty Floyd put on a better show than Alice

That isn't quite accurate. 1.) Glen does the OTHER solos on this album and the next album. Bob Ezrin just brought people like Dick in because of his technical ability, and of course to help with Glen later on. The "guitar unplugged" thing isn't quite accurate either as this only reportedly happened on the Billion Dollar Babies/Muscle of Love tours and Mick Mashbir would be ON STAGE with them, not backstage.

see, what i love about him is that even his older stuff, everyone loves. a ton of newer fans from this generation love his older music. you wont find many people that can do that. it takes someone with real talent to be able to.
