According to this link, write-ins are not counted in at least 3 states. In at least 9 states a candidate losing the primary cannot file as a write-in candidate in the general election.mfoster . com/misc/write-in_rules_2008.html

We shall continue the effort, but we'd still like you to run for the next election in 2012. It's true that this has to be more than a Ron Paul revolution, but if you were to run and win it would be a huge landmark in American history. By then it would be the revolution that it shoul be. You will be the end result of that revolution in where the people used their voting power to elect a candidate who will support the constituion. It will show that the people still believe in this great country.

i voted '4', whaaa!, it was supposed to be '5'nooooooooooo!!meh i'm not really politically agreeing with Paul, but someone needed to go and do this for a long time. to bring an end to the marginalisation of all wishes, views, endeavors conflicting with the current centralised esteblishment.
