This is a real call, and it is a DELL customer support dude. It was shown to a some friends of mine while they were receiving training, and it is real (the video isnt of course, just the voice recording). The people training my friends belong to a company that hire personnel to attend these calls in panama and they said it is real, and the guy was fired in like 15 seconds after the call

fake... Dell puts out hundreds of "flyers" a week. Every one of these has a code associated with them... this wasnt mentioned in the "call" at any time. I'm calling bullshit.
