You're close, they are actually lots of small objects. They are fish. Have another video to prove it. Birds are seen diving for them and eating them. Food indeed!Thaks for watching, see the other vid too, it's posted as a response to this one.:)

its water bugs that swarm in groups and stand on the water for a stort time to get food and when it does it reflets sun to you eyes its not an object

Very true. to see an otter is kinda like seeing a unicorn, they don't come out but you know they are there.

We see these all the time too. I did shoot more video of them and those were fish. You can see the birds diving down and scooping them up. But, this may be a snake. I also thought it could be otters too, they're present but rarely seen.

my mother live's right next to a river. ive seen things like this a few time's im pretty sure that's a snake.
