Lurvin: Of course people always tend to give the artist who recorded the original version their dues, but everyone understands that this is a cover. And, as covers go, this is a wonderful live performance by Shirley Bassey, and I would say much more than a good attempt. The people in the audience love it, and they love her. Re: Beatles -- Ms Bassey's recording of George Harrison's song, 'Something' actually sold more records than the Beatles original version.

Christopher Cross is way better! Good attempt though. Shes trying to make it sound like her own origonal. But you cant really get any better than the origonal... its just one of those songs... like the beatles.
