They seem to be having this same problem in Houston, Texas. Dogs, cats, doesn't matter. People that do this seriously need to be kept an eye on even after a jail sentence because it is a mental illness.

Americans and other whites are animal lovers they get bow and arrow or rifle hunt for bears, dears, wolves, or stag cut their heads and hung it on their walls and eat their meat plus the one they used for medical research no doubt AMERICANS LOVES ANIMALS! they even fuck with dogs.

There is a difference between Dog and Human abuse. Dogs can't run away nor do they know that you're gonna harm them. Well i guess sometimes they do. But we are stronger and we should respect them. They do a lot of good to us like for example, search dogs, dogs for the blind etc. Every dog abuser should be punished harshly. Humans at least have the choice to run away or try to. Now wars in countries are old news. There's nothing we can do. Oligarchies control the wars. Sorry for the grammer.
