Yeah what baffles me is that the news media is saying that scientists are baffled. This was discovered by Keely in the 1800's. Water can be progressively dissociated at 620,630 and 12,000 cycles per sec. Also at 42,800. All harmonics of each other. Dr. Puharich discovered it 2nd., by accident.
