This comment is just 'reverse' racism. Its ignorance. Do you know the slack those 'white' people could have faced in the 60s for being there. Just by being there it broke racism and racial boundries. And here you are giving them slack because they couldnt understand the struggle. Yes it is a different understanding and not one birthed out of derict experiance perhaps. Do you know though and acknowledge that white people also fought and died in the racial movements of the 60's and 70's?
