I think that the reason that HD-DVD lose is that the special features were in SD,Blu-ray was in HD,Other its that it havent many Studios,(the consumers like movies from different studios like spider-man),It didnt have a protacted layer like the Blu-ray has,3-It takes about 3:00 minutes to open the slot,Blu-ray was faster.P.S. I hope they make a Wii-Blu-ray

frankly hd dvd could have solved the middle east crisis, fed africa, slimmed america and fixed britains broken teeth but - lol - blu ray won. ha ha ha ps3 rules!

audiolsave69 your comment is a little out of date lol, HD-DVD isnt toshiba anymore, they stoped making players. BLU-RAY FTW!
