THe coals are for the heat? I just wanted to show that you could cook this anywhere. even if you were camping. I think the dutch oven is cool that way!THanks,Dave

Looks great as usual Dave, but I don't understand the reasoning behind using the coals if the smoke never gets to the meat.

Hey Dave! I'm loving your vids! I have done the potato soup and the wife has put me in charge of the kitchen now. I got a couple new DO (a 10" and a 12") and I am itching to try more things in them. I have done a few dishes including the ribs. It has been a while since a DO episode. I know its summertime here (Alabama) and time to cook outside.
