On CD, it's paired with Wienawski's 1st & 2nd Violin Concertos; Lawrence Foster conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. It's on DG, and seems to still be in print.

I really like the quick tempo. It has buoyancy. Sparkling performance!

What (or who) are the other 4?

This piece is AWESOME - to be honest I found it a bit anticlimactic when the music jumps into the ultra-famous "Habanera" theme, even with the variations and tricked-up writing. I love the performance; I keep hearing great things about Gil Shaham's "Zigeunerweisen" but can't find it. Any luck, anyone?

never mind that, after listening to it again, i think it's cause he doesnt move a whole lot like others. haha, but it does have emotion.

It's technically perfect, i just think it coulda had just a little bit more emotion. It just sounds like it's directly from the music, note for note.
