Caught a mullet around 6# got a bro that caught one around 7#'s. which was around 28 inches if i still remember. But it's not very common to throw/castnet for those sizes in HI, because of all the pressure from fisherman, at least not the main island of OAHU. seem's like it's dime a dozen around the FLA, area. But if you do catch one around the size's i've mentioned believe me it would be a big secret "hell i dont even tell my wife where i go fishing" LOL. can't even imagine catching 250-300#'s

We've got some big mullet around here. Sometimes 20 inches or more.

best video I seen yet. Like to know what you did with the mullet,we here in HI,steam,fry,or make soup out of it.Also would like to know whats the biggest mullet caught around those areas. Nice to see videos with people actually catching fish
