at 3-7 seconds does appear to me to be Mills Mess, however the image is a bit blurred and Mr. Kremo is going pretty fast so it could possibly be chops, but it appears to be Mills Mess to me

the move 3-7 seconds in is called MILL'S MESS- named after Steve Mills who "invented" it. hoped that helped.

I saw him perform a very similar routine at the Big Apple Circus last night. His hand was slightly injured, but he still did very well. My friend and I got to talk to him after the show, and he's a really nice guy.
