I grew up in suburban New Jersey during the 70s listening to Charles Aznavour on an almost daily basis. My mother was and still is a huge fan. Being a young teenager at the time I never cared for this kind of music, but listing today brings not only an appreciation for his music but a strange sense of melancholy. I'm immediately transported back 35 years to a carefree childhood when everything was new and fresh. Thanks Mom. For all the wonderful memories.

Can I get the lyrics in English please?

Il fini avec "Sa jeunesse"... Along with "La boheme" for me, the most beautiful songs of Aznavour.
echever7 (September 24, 2008 at 11:36 pm)
