It probably means nothing. The original title is "Normo Jovnna Luohti" which means "John Normo's joik" in indigenous Scandinavian.

For another version with Sámi lyrics look for "Normo Jovnna" by AIGI (Aigitheband on YouTube). Indian chanting and Sámi joik is quite distinct. It is funny you Americans can't tell the difference.

The man singing is no native american but Terje Tretnes from Karasjok, a known norwegian Sami joiker singing the joik "Normo Jovnna". It appears Virgin records made an artificial native american song, using his voice without the joikers permission, somehow the recording came from a dutch TV channel interviewing Terje Tretnes to Virgin records. The joik is so old that nobody knows its authour so its difficult to have an copyright issue.
