Well, I'm a new convert to Nightwish. Have browsed the YouTube archives for the past hour or so and been blown away by what I've heard. Seems to be quite a split between the Tarja and Anette supporters, which is predictable but still a pity.

nightwish is symphonic metal meaning oprah metal and they rocked more with tarja!now nightwish is more like pop metal i mean anettes cool but she doesnt rock as much.

i think the new singer kinda drags nightwish down, with Tarja they were like the only opratic band but now their just like any other ordinary band

Personally I likes Tarja more she has a classical sound about her that make you fall in love with any song. Anette has a pop sound about her and i don't like it as much... All though with Annette they can play more metal songs and now that Tarja's along she can do more classical so maybe the separation was for the best. Both great singers with diffrent styles. \m/
