there's no doubt that pablo casals plays well, it's just that his cello isn't the best quality. either that, or the video sound isn't true.

Bach is always awesome, Casals was awesome, monastir de Cuixá likewise (I was there in 89). Having just listened to Fela Kuti (never heard him before), I wonder, what is music? Like asking, What is consciousness, or being itself? Unutterable mystery.

Pau casals is his original name. Pau in catalan means peace. If you were Charlie you were charlie in spain or in germany, in japan, so Pau is pau in england, in spain, in japan..

Los Catalanes tenian un par de artistas que se han hecho conocidos en el Mundo pero Pau Casals pertenece a los chelistas de su epoca mas flojos!!!Las suits de Bach se han interpretado mucho antes y mucho mejor asi que no os ofendais y tomadlo enserio. No hay que ser orgulloso de Pau Casals ya que en su epoca en Rusia tocaban chelo como Dioses. |
