Well I can tell you I didn't steal it, I bought every piece unless given to me. The veterans who got these items, yes took them from German soldiers. Something called "trophies of war". If you risked your life every day, wouldn't you want something to bring back? I know when I go to Iraq, I'm bringing as much stuff home as I can.
