no its not ... Its as flokodeneuve said Lula Pena a portuguese singer ... The lyrics of this song was made by the wife of rodrigo leao (the composer of the song) and spanish language was used because this song is inspire in tango music and so spanish was the best choice ... Lula Pena is an amazing singer that unfor isn't very known by the portuguese public ...
