Unfortunately both STONEWALL & the LGBT INTERCOM TRUST turned their backs on Peter and declined to assist when approached.It might upset their 'cosy' relationship they are developing with police....traditionally in Britain the most homophobic of organisations AGAINST gay persons!

The reason you may not know about it is the Cornish newspapers (owned by the Daily Mail group) decline to report homophobic incidents involving Cornish Police & Cornwall County Council.Homophobic "Hate Crime" takes many forms.Devon & Cornwall Constabulary are probably the most HOMOPHOBIC police force in Britain.

This is a sickening story, because he was 15yrs old (and gay) and the authorities had a 'DUTY OF CARE' to him as a child, instead despite the Cornish Authorities KNOWLEDGE he was living on the streets the Authorities in Cornwall did nothing!Which ever way you cut it it was NEGLECT & ABANDONMENT, plus failure of 'DUTY OF CARE' by Cornwall police, Cornwall Social Services, Cornwall Youth Services & Cornwall Education dept.
