Glad to see Skype works with HDSPA in the first world. Herein Brazil it´s impossible to use Skype with HDSPA services from Claro (UMTS)or TIM (WCDMA) because of their very high latency (over 500 ms), packet lossand slow speeds (average 300 kbps down and 50 kbps up). Calls have a very bad quality, frequent cut-offs and drop very quickly (less than a minute). They also block all incoming ports and maybe filtering skype protocol to prevent customers from making cheapers calls.
