I've heard him tell the story mentioning that as the song the Beatles were working on when he overheard them at Abbey Road. And no wonder - that is a marvellous key change!

The BIg influence on Neil was the key change in George Harrison's "I Want To Tell You" - you can hear it throughout Neil's songs, (I know this from the big man himself - saw him in a gig in a private school in Rutland)
