before anyone gets a tarantula they should do thier research !!G.Rosea (chile rose) is your best starter species duee to them being quite hardy as long as you get your tank setup right and they are hardy feeders as adultswhich brings me to saying purchase an adult/sub adult as the hard work has already been done raising them !.just thought i'd throw my opinion in here because i keep spiders, if anyone has a question feel free to message me !

i wouldnt recommend a rose hair for a beginner whos looking for more of a "thrilling" tarantula. if you own a rose hair you know why =\. Mexican red-knees are great :D...rofl "orange kneed"....fuk you lol
