if you ever get the chance, go see them. i've seen a few bands live, but nothing compares to their energy, their quality, it's just a damn good show. whatever money you spend on them (in this case they were opening for REM which means i paid 50 quid when i only wanted to see the opening act) is very well spent.

saw them yesterday. even people who didnt know them were blown away, saying stuff like "wow, didn't know them, but they were bloody brilliant" so yeah =)they're incredible, go guillemots!!!

I think it has to do alittle bit more with the second half of the song. The part about people taking their lives for granted.Its like.. theres this great life lesson they;re trying to impart, and the kids don't care...
