would love to see this match in full again. Soderling and Nadal make for very entertaining viewing. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's Wimbledon final. Hopefully it'll be a tight one.

soderling will be remembered in his whole career as the guy who pushed nadal to a 5th set! that is soderling's greatest achievement in his life! he hasnt won any titles!

I disagree. Rafa made that shot on a game point so he wouldn't have been in huge danger has he lost it. Plus, Soderling still managed a break point at 5 all. Unfortunately, Robin just doesn't really hold up well in pressure moments. He only got back into the match because Rafa let him.I really wish Robin had won this. He would've had a damn good shot at making the final if he did. Shoulda woulda coulda though.

Point @ 6:00 changed the outcome. I think Rafa would've lost had he not made that shot. That's usually all it takes with him; one shot to fire him up.How about that celebration at the end? I saw this conclusion live on ESPN. My mom was passing and she asked if he had just won the whole tournament. I said he's been playing the same match for 5 days. I'd be that happy too. |
