Ways John McCain can deal with his anger:Breathe deeply, from your diaphragm; breathing from your chest won't relax you. Picture your breath coming up from your "gut." Slowly repeat a calm word or phrase such as "relax," "take it easy." Repeat it to yourself while breathing deeply. Use imagery; visualize a relaxing experience, from either your memory or your imagination. Nonstrenuous, slow yoga-like exercises can relax your muscles and make you feel much calmer.

McCain is WRONG about the turnaround, which began BEFORE "the surge."The whole cause of the chaos in Iraq was how the Sunnis were shut-out from the Iraqi government by the American administration (de-Baathification).Bungling on the part of Paul Bremer and Bush led to the disenfranchisement of the Sunnis, and the Sunnis were rightfully angry, so the Sunnis fought the Shiite government. However, the Sunnis ceased to fight about 2 months before "the surge."Therefore, McCAIN IS WRONG.

I guess nothing if you are a socialist. For the rest of us who believe we should be able to keep most of the money we make and not share it with someone else, we feel it's everything that is going wrong w/ america by the way < 3.8 gpa |
